I do not think most agents have an “offline versus online” problem.
I think they have a structure problem.
A strong presence needs three pillars:
social media, search presence, and a website as the center.
When those three pieces do not feel aligned, the business often feels less serious than it really is.
Not because anything looks terrible.
Because the overall impression feels assembled instead of intentional.
