I do not think social media should be the center of a serious digital presence.
It is one pillar, yes. But not the center.
The website should be the center because that is the one place where the business can fully make sense.
That is where I can control the message, the flow, the visuals, the hierarchy, and the next step.
Social media creates attention.
Search helps confirm.
But the website is where the business gets to feel whole.
If that center is missing, outdated, or disconnected from everything else, the whole presence starts to feel more temporary than it should.
That is why I care so much about the center holding.
